Local Mentorship and Client Matching Program

The Boston Area Doula Training is proud to provide our doula students with practical experience and mentorship, supporting birth givers as doulas-in-training in a welcoming environment.

Our local mentor, Corrine Morse, will match doula students with their first no-cost birth clients to help them obtain their doula certificate.

Starting as a doula can feel overwhelming—there are so many questions, so much to learn, and a deep desire to make a difference alongside self-doubt and lack of confidence. Corrine will be your contact person and mentor in New Hampshire, Maine, and the greater Boston area, where she's familiar with the area's obstetrics groups, hospitals, and midwifery clinics. As your local mentor, she will help you create your referral list and network with local pregnancy providers. Corrine understands your community’s birthing landscape. She knows the price scale, future client prototypes, birth resource centers, local marketing platforms, and so much more!

For students residing farther away from our serving area, you'll receive guidance on acquiring your first clients toward your certification.
